How should I proceed when collecting the car?

A deposit will be requested once you arrive at the pick-up point for your rental vehicle. The amount of the said deposit will be blocked (not debited) on your payment card at the time of collection or, in the event of online check-in.

Full Tank Option

When booking / collecting your vehicle, you can request the full tank option.

You will be billed for fuel costs: before returning your vehicle, please replace the fuel you have used. If you return your vehicle with less fuel than when you picked it up, you will be charged a non-refundable service commission of € 25 in addition to the missing fuel.

In which cases additional costs may be billed?

In general, the customer is required to pay additional costs in the event of non-compliance with the clauses in the contract. Indeed RIFAI AUTO is expressly authorized to apply the corresponding charges to the credit card after providing the reasons for which these charges are applied and the justification of the amount.

In particular, RIFAI AUTO may invoice the CUSTOMER, as the case may be, for expenses related to:

• ANY damage or loss caused to the vehicle, the cover of which is not justified and / or insured by THE CUSTOMER with the costs of immobilization of the vehicle, the amount of which results from the application of the type of costs current.
• The amount paid by RIFAI AUTO for fines, administrative management expenses and legal costs for each procedure arising from traffic offenses or violations of the law by any authorized driver, including sanctions related to late payment by the CUSTOMER.
• Damage caused by the negligence of the CUSTOMER, which expressly includes loss of keys, fuel filling errors, loss of accessories and / or instruments inside the vehicle.

How quickly should I return the car?

The period for returning the rental car is agreed by the term determined in the contract, except by conventional extension granted by the lessor. In the absence of return on the agreed date, the latter reserves the right to take back the vehicle wherever it is, at the expense of the tenant.

What profile and age should I have as a driver?

The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving license with at least 2 years of seniority. Only the driver designated in the contract can take the wheel.

Delivery / recovery

The place of delivery or recovery of vehicles is determined at the customer’s choice (Airports, Hotels, Stations, etc …) & nbsp;
A credit card imprint is required at time of delivery.
The use of vehicles on unpaved tracks is absolutely prohibited.

Long-term rental (LLD)

Very advantageous rates are offered for rentals over one month. & nbsp;
Daily rates are calculated on a 24 hour basis. & Nbsp;
Weekly rates are calculated on the basis of 7 consecutive days.

Payment

A bank or credit card must be presented to RIFAI AUTO when renting a car. The card presented must be in the name of the main driver, and still be valid on the date of return of the Vehicle. In the event of the withdrawal of a Vehicle that has been the subject of a prior reservation, the card presented must be the one used for said reservation. The rental amount is payable in euros or Dhs, according to one of the following accepted payment methods: Payment by bank or credit card: You can pay for your rental by bank card, credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Euro -MasterCard,),. Also payments made by Swift transfer are accepted. Or in cash.
Our rates include Unlimited mileage, lubricants and vehicle maintenance, vehicle delivery / recovery. Our prices are expressed in Euros / Dhs

In case of cancellation, what should I do?

In case of cancellation, the down payments remain with the company & nbsp; RIFAI AUTO .
In the event that the car is returned before the scheduled end date of the reservation, the customer does not benefit from any refund for the remaining period.

Insurance:

All our vehicles are fully insured. However, for any damage other than the theft of the vehicle, fire, broken glass, civil liability and persons transported (PAI), a capped non-redeemable excess remains the responsibility of the driver in the event that his partial or full liability is incurred. For any accident, a report is mandatory.

Rental with driver:

This service is provided at the request of the customer, please specify it at the time of booking for a personalized quote.

Caution

Also called a security deposit, the latter corresponds to the amount you have prepaid at the time of booking, either that You will pay when you collect the Vehicle or when you return the Vehicle. This security deposit takes the form of a bank pre-authorization.

The amount of this security deposit is determined according to several criteria such as the category of Vehicle that You are renting, the Rental Period and any additional mobility services that you will subscribe to when collecting the Vehicle. Other features of your reservation may also have an effect on the amount of the security deposit.

RIFAI AUTO & nbsp; may also invoice You for various costs and indemnities which may apply in the event of incidents that may arise during the Rental Period and / or due to how You used the Vehicle.

These fees and rights include:

• Administrative fees for processing fines which are the responsibility of & nbsp; of the client.
• The cost of cleaning the Vehicle returned in a condition unfit for relocation.
• Charges for lost or stolen keys.
• “Damage” to the Vehicle (any physical Damage or act of vandalism) and / or “Theft of the Vehicle” (the theft of the Vehicle itself or accessories and / or the attempted theft of the Vehicle or any accessory). • Contraventions: As the renter of the Vehicle, you are financially and criminally responsible for all violations of the applicable driving and parking rules. Consequently, you are liable for any infringements resulting from driving and / or using the vehicle in contravention of the applicable driving and parking rules. Otherwise, & nbsp; RIFAI AUTO & nbsp; communicate your contact details to the competent authorities. For each violation, an administrative processing fee is billed to you by Avis, at the price indicated in the applicable Pricing Conditions.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN OR THEFT OF THE VEHICLE?

In the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident which prevents You from continuing your journey, RIFAI AUTO will provide you with an assistance service, included in the price of your location.

In the event of an accident, you must inform the agency & nbsp; RIFAI AUTO of departure (or Assistance & nbsp; RIFAI AUTO ) and in if applicable, the local police authorities at the latest within a maximum period of five (5) working days and deliver, within the same period, or send to & nbsp; RIFAI AUTO & nbsp; an amicable report of ‘accident. & nbsp;

Optional equipment and services

Use of the Vehicle

The name of the lessee indicated on the Rental Agreement is that of the main driver, who must be present when the Rental Agreement is signed and to whom the rental costs are invoiced.

Drivers of the Vehicle:

Only the main driver and the drivers for whom the “additional driver” option has been subscribed (having presented the supporting documents indicated in the article above) are covered by the additional insurance and additional protection included in the Rental Agreement. If the driver of the Vehicle is neither the main driver nor the additional driver, you will be liable for the damage suffered by the Vehicle up to the limit of its market value, as well as the costs and costs associated with its immobilization.
